We appreciate the work and guidance of Q-Team and Dr. Santwana for; Training and guidance to staff across departments in implementation of NABH Standards throughout the hospital.
Providing standard formats and documentation guidance for various protocols and quality related audits and good practices.
Encouraging a culture of patient safety and establishing a firm approach to patient care based on this. Training and implementing various aspects related to patient safety at all levels.
Providing support in conducting and evaluating the audits on improving quality at different levels across the hospital.
The duration for this project was from 1st January 2019 to 15th December 2019. Q-Team has successfully completed this project and we wish them best of luck for future projects.
